Listings are presented from information available at the time of publication and may change, be withdrawn or become unavailable. Availability is reconfirmed before a viewing or offer.

Owner-submitted listings

By submitting a property for listing, you confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s authority, that the supplied facts and photographs are accurate, and that Madhav Homes may publish, review, edit or remove the listing. Owner-submitted listings may appear immediately with an “Under document review” label.

No professional assurance

Website content is general information, not legal, tax, title, loan or investment advice. Verification labels describe an internal workflow stage and are not a legal certificate.

Commercial terms

Price, maintenance, brokerage, inclusions, token conditions and timelines become binding only when recorded in the relevant written agreement or receipt.

Intellectual property

Brand assets, photographs, copy and page designs may not be reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private information or upload unlawful or malicious material.
